How long does implementation take?

Implementation timelines depend on your deployment model, integration surface, and team readiness. Cloud-hosted deployments with standard integrations typically reach go-live in 4–8 weeks. On-prem or hybrid deployments with custom connectors and larger user bases typically run 8–16 weeks. We scope this precisely during the quote process.

Is licensing user-based or instance-based?

EAXEE is licensed on a named-user basis. Each user type (EA practitioner, stakeholder viewer, administrator) carries a different license weight — so you are not paying for read-only stakeholders at the same rate as full EA practitioners. We scope the right mix during the quote.

What deployment options are available?

EAXEE supports three deployment models:

Most organizations land somewhere between the two, and your actual quote is scoped precisely against your needs.

Is there a free trial?

EAXEE does not offer a self-serve free trial — the platform is highly configurable and a generic sandbox would not reflect your actual architecture or meta-model. Instead, we offer a live guided demo scoped to your use case, and a scoped proof-of-concept engagement for organizations that want to validate the platform before full commitment.
